Housekeeper Available - I clean homes for a living and have been doing this for almost 9 years now. I do supply all products. I use Eco Friendly cleaners also. I have a couple employees that help me. They have been with me for 4+ yrs. I mop floors by hand and respect your home and personal items. I work with over 30 clients. If you need references I will supply them to you. I do not charge by the hour but by the job, flat rate. All I need you to do is give me your Sqr. feet, number of rooms, number of levels, wood/carpet. I will give you an estimate over the web. Below is a list of what I clean on a regular basis. Items included in cleaning? Window ledges, Inside/outside of glass on entry doors? Dust all wood work, ceiling fans light fixtures and wipe down kitchen cabinets? Clean and sanitize kitchen, microwave, sink, and floor, wipe off refrigerator and wipe off fingerprints on walls and wash dishes if any left in sink.? Entire bathrooms, cleaned and sanitized with an antibacterial cleaner and bleach mixture? Dust all figurines and pictures, frames, wall art, and special cleaner for plasma or LCD TV's.? Furniture will be vacuumed off and bed linens will be washed and changed if you desire us to do this.? Spider webs cleaned on a regular basis.? All bedrooms cleaned, dusted, and all carpeted areas vacuumed.? All floors hand mopped except for a very large areas? Will use your products if you require specific products Extra fees apply: Cleaning fireplaces free of ashes $10.00. Cleaning fridge $25.00, Oven $25.00, Moving fridge and cleaning under $15.00.
